  • Your focus will be supporting our customers by providing advice on our insurance products over the phone, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.
  • You will handle phone inquiries across services, finance, sales, and data updates. From time to time, you will also respond to straightforward written requests.
  • Logging calls into our system and helping maintain the high service standards our customers expect will be part of your daily routine.
  • You will have an eye for spotting sales opportunities, passing them along to our agencies, playing an important supporting role in our sales process.
  • You'll also send out premium and benefit statements, account summaries, and assist with general administrative tasks.

Das bringst du mit

  • The most important thing is a solid educational or professional background: whether you're a certified customer service professional, retail specialist, business administrator, or have completed your high school diploma - we want to hear from you.
  • If you also hold a VBV certification, have insurance experience, or have worked in a customer service center before, that's a definite plus.
  • You enjoy talking to customers on the phone, tackle a variety of questions with positivity and enthusiasm, and always keep the client front and center.
  • You bring a positive attitude, think critically and solution-focused, and stay resilient under pressure.
  • You're comfortable with laptops and navigating complex IT systems. Using artificial intelligence (AI) excites you, as it's now a key part of our every day work.
  • You have an excellent command of spoken English and German and you can communicate confidently with clients. Maybe you also speak French or Italien?
