SAP SD/CS Solution Architect / SAP Service Management (m/f)

Your challenge

• You deliver high-quality SAP solution designs for the Epics you are working on

• You elaborate SAP solution concepts, perform requirements engineering, and create system and program specifications

• You coordinate SAP developments provided by internal and external partners, including quality checks and testing

• You autonomously customize SAP SD/CS

• You create technical documentation of SAP system setups

• You support global SAP implementation projects of process and SAP system standards, including SAP user trainings

• You provide third-level system support for global SAP users, including quality management

Your qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business informatics, computer science, software development, engineering, business administration, or a related field

• Experience in SAP solution architecture

• Several years of professional experience in a similar position

• Expertise in creating architecture deliverables for both waterfall and agile SAP projects

• Experience in SAP SD, advanced knowledge in SAP Customer Service Management

• Fluent in English or business level
