To strengthen our Application Services department, we are seeking a dedicated individual to manage our production-related IT and support its strategic development.

• You will be independently responsible for managing production-related IT systems and infrastructure components in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment:
• Operation, maintenance, and monitoring of production IT systems
• Ensuring system availability and troubleshooting system failures
• Managing users and access rights in accordance with compliance requirements
• Implementing and maintaining IT security measures
• Providing 2nd/3rd-level support to production staff for IT issues
• Ensuring data integrity and availability for quality and production analyses
• Training employees in the secure use of IT systems
• Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and manuals
• Introduction of new technologies to improve production processes
• Participation in projects
• Active communication and coordination with internal stakeholders from production, quality assurance, and other departments to record, clarify, and track requirements and concerns
• On-call duty (by agreement)

• Degree in Computer Science (EFZ, HF, FH) or equivalent qualification
• Practical experience in operating cloud applications (Azure), Windows Server infrastructures, Active Directory / Entra ID, and Group Policy
• Experience with endpoint security, backup solutions, and in the OT sector
• Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Python, etc.) is a plus
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment (medtech, pharma)—ideally with GxP/CSV knowledge
• Basic knowledge of ITIL and BPMN 2.0 and a structured, documentation-oriented approach to work
• Very good German and English skills; English for technical communication
• Reliable, self-motivated individual who enjoys precise work in a regulated environment
