Digital Marketing Manager

myLife Diabetes Care AG is a new, independent Medtech company specialising in the treatment of diabetes using advanced insulin pump systems. For our Global Marketing Department, we are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the strategic management and operational delivery of mylife Diabetes Care's digital marketing.

Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases.

• Responsible for the strategic management and operational delivery of mylife Diabetes Care’s digital marketing
• Manage and mentor a small digital team
• Ensure regular reporting and actionable insights to drive data-based improvements
• Support marketing teams in the rollout of digital campaigns, webinars, and newsletters
• Drive system integrations and workflows (e.g., CRM, analytics dashboards) to enhance efficiency
• Drive creative content ideation from concept to execution, bringing fresh ideas to life across digital channels and campaigns
• Lead the coordination of website and platform migrations, upgrades, and redesigns in collaboration with agencies
• Ensure timely delivery of digital projects with clear milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes
• Serve as the digital subject-matter expert, providing advice and hands-on support to affiliates

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Communication, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven success managing digital platforms and tools
• Strong understanding of CMS systems, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms
• Experience leading digital projects and coordinating external agencies
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on, solution-oriented mindset
