On behalf of our client, we are seeking a motivated individual for a temporary position as an Administrative Assistant, starting immediately for a duration of min.five months.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive and high-quality administrative support to multiple executives and teams
  • Act as the primary point of contact for administrative, process, and system-related inquiries
  • Offer guidance, training, and support to employees on various processes and tools
  • Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
  • Organize and support meetings, workshops, and small events
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks
  • Support ongoing projects through effective coordination and communication
  • Contribute to smooth office operations and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Commercial apprenticeship or high school diploma with advanced training in office administration
  • Significant experience as an Executive Assistant in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Strong MS Office skills and a high affinity for working with various digital tools and systems
  • Strong team player with high quality standards
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service mindset (internal and external)
  • Proven experience in organizing meetings, workshops, and small events
