Job description:

For the CUR Evolution program, an external Analyst is needed to assess and simplify cross-unit operating models. The role involves analysing, evaluating, and comparing cross-border processes (e.g., advisory offices outside Switzerland or Guernsey with booking centres in Switzerland or Guernsey) against Swiss onshore models, focusing on efficiency, standardisation, and cost-saving potential.

  • Analyse and assess cross-unit and cross-border business processes within the CUR Evolution program
  • Compare existing operating models with Swiss onshore standards to identify gaps and improvement areas
  • Identify process inefficiencies, deviations, standardisation, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Evaluate end-to-end processes (e.g. onboarding, payments, client lifecycle) and propose optimisations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business and operations to gather requirements and align solutions
  • Document findings, recommendations, and target-state process models clearly and concisely
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business process analysis within banking or financial services
  • Strong understanding of operating models and cross-border/cross-unit processes
  • Experience analysing end-to-end processes (e.g. onboarding, payments, client lifecycle)
  • Ability to identify inefficiencies, deviations, and cost-saving opportunities
  • Strong analytical, structured thinking and stakeholder management skills
  • Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented; able to work independently with clear, concise communication
