For our client in the Rotkreuz region, we are currently looking for a Senior Software UI / FrontEnd TechLead for a temporary assignment of 12 months, with possible extension.

Senior Software UI / FrontEnd TechLead
As a Senior Software UI / FrontEnd TechLead, you will play a pivotal role within an agile, cross-functional software team. The Senior Software UI / FrontEnd TechLead acts as a technical leader and mentor, translating complex business and customer requirements into high-quality, scalable user interface solutions. In this role, the Senior Software UI / FrontEnd TechLead focuses on embedded UI development while ensuring alignment with system architecture, regulatory standards, and long-term product strategy. The Senior Software UI / FrontEnd TechLead supports innovation while fostering collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG
- Collaborating with Product Owners, System Architects, Solution Architects, and Engineers to translate complex requirements into effective UI and frontend solutions
- Designing and developing embedded user interfaces that meet regulatory and quality requirements such as scalability, performance, reliability, and maintainability
- Guiding best practices in frontend and software development, including code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and quality standards
- Acting as a technical mentor and role model, empowering team members and promoting agile ways of working
ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Software Development / Engineering for embedded systems
- Strong expertise in React and frontend development, combined with embedded UI development using Rust or C++ (experience with Electron or Tauri is a plus)
- Proven ability to solve complex technical challenges with a structured and analytical approach
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional, international teams
- Fluent English is mandatory
- Experience in regulated environments is an advantage
