Head Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for resource- and budget planning
  • Leading and promoting employees within the Electrical Engineering department
  • Project controlling of quality, costs and deadlines within the electrical planning according to KPI's
  • Co-designing and roll-out of the department strategy in global collaboration
  • Monitoring of functional machine safety
  • Ensure compliance with our GMP and GAMP guidelines as well as our safety requirements and proper documentation
  • Close cooperation with internal and external departments
  • Proactive development of our products and processes

Hardskills

  • Completed engineering studies in electrical engineering or automation technology (FH/University)
  • Several years of professional and management experience in electrical engineering
  • Experience in Project Management as well as in plant and control cabinet construction
  • Basic knowledge of relevant standards for the global electrical industry
  • Fluent in German and English

Softskills

  • Coordination skills, ability to work under pressure and in a team
  • Independent, careful way of working as well as high personal responsibility
  • Ability to recognize talents and improve their performance
  • Competent appearance towards customers
  • Very good organizational skills as well as setting priorities
  • Respectful interaction and active listening
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to approx. 10%
