Your responsibilities:
  • Independent planning, implementation, and management of all marketing and sales strategies in the assigned sales
    territory and in cooperation with sales partners
  • Responsible for establishing and expanding markets and distribution partners, including conducting market analyses and deriving, planning, and implementing appropriate measures

  • Preparation of the annual budget and responsibility for the budget in the sales area
  • Responsible for planning and conducting training and education for sales partners, physicians, and medical personnel in the markets
  • Helping to shape optimal support and cooperation with sales partners in the sales area
What we`re looking for:  
  • Degree in business administration with several years of experience in sales, ideally with knowledge of exports to Asia 
  • High degree of entrepreneurial and solution-oriented thinking and acting, as well as a strong focus on performance, flexibility, and a corresponding passion for the position to be filled
  • Professional demeanor with excellent sales instincts and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel regularly for work (approx. 60-80% of working hours)
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills, and ideally other foreign languages 
  • Solid user knowledge of the MS Office suite
