We are looking for a Capability Manager (m/f/d) within Personal Engagement Business Team (CRM) (S) - BS

The ideal candidate brings deep experience in designing, improving, and governing business processes within complex enterprise systems, especially CRM environments (Salesforce, Veeva, IQVIA OCE-P) or comparable commercial technology landscapes. With a strong background in Commercial Excellence, Omnichannel engagement, and Customer Experience, this person knows how to translate business expectations into scalable CRM capabilities.

Experience working within global governance structures or large matrix organisations is essential, navigating strategic priorities at global level while supporting operational feasibility in local markets. The candidate is comfortable working across interconnected areas such as MDM, CIAM, Consent Management, Rating approaches, Insights, Case Management, and Marketing Automation, ensuring an integrated end-to-end customer engagement model.

This role requires a collaborative communicator who can simplify complexity, align diverse stakeholders, and serve as the link between business and technology. A structured, proactive way of working, combined with strong change management and user adoption expertise, is key to maintaining long-term process consistency and a future-proof CRM ecosystem.

  • Define and oversee harmonised CRM business processes

  • Drive cross-functional alignment and integration of CRM capabilities

  • Ensure organisational readiness and adoption for new CRM functionalities


Must Haves

  • University degree in business or a related field

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Commercial Excellence, Omnichannel engagement, and Customer Experience processes with strong ability to translate business needs into CRM capabilities (*****)

  • Solid background in designing, optimising, and governing business processes within large enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Veeva, or IQVIA OCE-P (*****)

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, acting as a connector between business and technology (*****)

  • Fluent English
