C&T Activation Manager (m/f/d)

Position:

The incumbent is responsible for leading our brand integration and brand activation initiatives across the HoReCa channel, new business channels and consumer fairs on the Swiss market. The role is responsible for planning, executing, monitoring and optimizing impactful brand experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities:

As the Activation Manager, you will…

  • Develop annual activation plans tailored to the HoReCa channel and key consumer fairs to drive brand visibility and trial, as well as identify and activate emerging channels
  • Plan and oversee brand activations and 121 promotions in HoReCa outlets, HoReCa-related pop-ups, consumer fairs and new channels with a focus on excellence in execution
  • Build strong relationships with HoReCa partners, event organizers, agency partners and key stakeholders to align activations with overall brand strategy and wider organizational initiatives
  • Align activation strategies with brand objectives and marketing campaigns and collaborate closely with activation, brand teams, sales and SI to ensure integrated execution
  • Train and support ambassadors, promoters, or sales staff to deliver impactful consumer experiences
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of activations and provide stakeholders with comprehensive post-project reports, evaluating performance against predetermined KPIs
  • Manage budgets effectively, ensuring cost efficiency and maximum impact, as well as provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization of future activities

Requirements:

  • University degree in Marketing, Economics or similar
  • Solid experience in brand activation, event management or channel marketing
  • Proven track record of delivering activations in HoReCa, FMCG, or lifestyle industries
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Creativity, agility, and a passion for brand building. Data-driven mindset with experience in measuring ROI of activations and consumer engagement. Willingness to travel frequently to events and activations
  • Fluent English, German or French are considered a plus
