and become part of Nagra’s Collaboration Team in the Division of Applied Geoscience & International Collaboration.
You will take on the following key tasks
- Manage and deliver international collaborations and R&D projects, including scoping, budgeting, contracting, risk management, quality assurance, and reporting.
- Provide expert technical input in applied geoscience or engineering, preparing studies, reviews, and decision-support materials for partners.
- Coordinate and support multidisciplinary teams across cultures and organisations, ensuring objectives, timelines, and resources stay aligned with programme goals.
To strengthen our Collaboration Team and further support our international partnerships, we are seeking a professional with a background in applied natural sciences or engineering, an advanced university degree, and at least 5 years of post-graduate experience. This should include consultancy work and substantial experience in managing complex international projects.
We value proven ability in project acquisition and management, combined with the skills to guide and work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in an international context. Curiosity, extraordinary motivation, and the capacity to inspire others are essential, together with a strategic mindset and the ability to maintain focus on broader objectives.
The ideal candidate is broadly interested and able to manage multiple tasks with confidence. You demonstrate a caring and professional attitude, embrace innovative approaches, and enjoy working with colleagues and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds. Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally are essential.
Within our Collaboration Team, English and German are the working languages. Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
