Customer Project Manager (M/F/D)
(Electrical Technology, fulltime, based in one of our production facilities, preferably in Croatia (Zagreb) or Switzerland (Rapperswil SG)
The role…
This role manages large and complex customer-specific implementation projects across Europe/Africa. Acting as a central coordinator, it bridges internal teams and external customer expectations to ensure successful project execution. The role involves deep collaboration across departments to ensure technical feasibility, data readiness, production setup, and pricing accuracy.
How you’ll make an impact…
- Manage customer-specific implementation projects from intake to go-live, ensuring quality, timelines, and commercial alignment
- Support feasibility assessments, project planning, and risk identification for customer driven changes (e.g., new components, production line changes, new packaging or delivery models)
- Coordinate internal resource alignment for customer-specific needs, incl. engineering for technical specifications; purchasing for material readiness; finance for cost/price evaluation; master data support; planning and quality for product and process releases
- Document customer and project requirements clearly and ensure alignment with operational capabilities. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and cross-functional responsibilities
What do you bring…
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and in different methodologies (e.g., waterfall, lean six sigma)
- Hands-on experience with business process modeling and documentation
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to translate operational challenges into structured improvement initiatives
- Experience with SAP (especially SD, MM, or PLM) is an advantage
- Proficient in requirement writing and documentation
- Fluent in English, additional German skills are preferred
