Proprietary Power Trader

Your role

• Lead our geographical expansion in power trading, focusing on Spain or the UK (from day-ahead to the third front year
• Develop and implement trading strategies, including cross-commodity and cross-border opportunities
• Execute profitable trades across time horizons and markets
• Collaborate closely with analysts, meteorologists, and fellow traders to sharpen insights and decision-making
• Share your expertise and grow within a high-performing, team-oriented environment

Your strengths

• Experienced proprietary trader with a proven track record in the Spanish or UK power market
• Several years of experience within a utility, trading house, or hedge fund
• Strong commercial instincts and results-driven mindset
• Deep understanding of market structures, players, and dynamics across relevant power and commodity markets
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and a passion for shaping market strategies
