In order to achieve our ambitious investment goals, we are searching for promising candidates to support our Investment, Financing & Treasury department in Hamburg with immediate effect. Join a dynamic team and shape the financial strategy of a fast-growing company.
Referent Treasury – Financing & Treasury (m/f/d)
We are seeking an experienced treasury professional with excellent analytical and modelling skills who drives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take on responsibility. While prior exposure to logistics assets is a plus, it is not a prerequisite.
Develop and maintain a Group hedging and liquidity strategy
Key responsibility to maintain the Group Liquidity Plan (excel-based)
Oversee Group treasury function across the holding company and subsidiaries
General treasury advisor to group companies in debt financing, cash pooling, hedging operation etc.
- Maintain and expand relationships with banks / lenders, including covenant management and reporting
- Be part of every investment project (organic and inorganic) - especially from the financing / liquidity side
- Partially responsible for interdisciplinary tasks related to group business planning, portfolio management and investor relation matters
- Proactive mindset and the confidence to engage with internal and external senior stakeholders
Excellent master's degree in relevant field of study (economics, business administration/ management & finance)
4 to 6 years of working experience in deal advisory („Big 4“), debt advisory, private equity, corporate finance or
corporate treasury
Experience in the infrastructure industry or portfolio management is an advantage
Strong investment and financing knowledge
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, sound practical experience using Microsoft Office but especially strong excel skills (mandatory)
Strong team player and skilled communicator
Strong results orientation and focus on implementation, ability to work towards tight deadlines
Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
Active Portfolio Management in a strong growing environment with a frequent deal flow
Highly diversified task portfolio combining operating, investing, financing and investment controlling tasks
