AUFGABENBESCHREIBUNG
Sales Representative Industry
  • Independent planning and implementation of sales strategies for innovative solutions for customers in the industrial sector
  • Active acquisition of new customers and development of long-term customer relationships in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, primarily through cold calling
  • Identification, approach, and qualification of potential customers (lead generation)
  • Convincing presentation of cutting-edge technology at customer appointments, trade fairs, and events
  • Independent offer management and negotiation
  • Development and use of performance indicators (e.g., number of contacts, appointment rate, closing rate) to measure and continuously increase sales success
  • Comprehensive customer consulting and support - from initial contact to closing
  • Regular travel within the DACH region

ERFORDERLICHES PROFIL
  • Completed training or studies in sales, marketing, or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in sales and business development
  • Proven success in customer acquisition and negotiating
  • Experience with the direct customer contact - by phone and in person
  • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and hands on attitude
  • Class B driver's license
  • Native or near-native German language skills, English is a strong advantage
