We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist in Zurich to partner with both the business and our employer branding team to drive long-term value for our clients and our people through attracting and hiring the right talents.
As part of our Talent Attraction and Acquisition team, you will play an important role and build strategic relationships with leaders, hiring managers and other teams. A wide variety of new experiences in a dynamic environment will help you to move quickly along the career path you choose.
Your key responsibilities
- As the key point of contact for Audit stakeholders, you will proactively manage relationships and ensure effective and timely recruitment
- Drive the full recruitment life cycle aiming at creating a "best-in-class candidate experience"
- Align with our business goals and develop adapted sourcing solutions that will attract high quality candidates
- Focus on graduate recruitment and advise on current trends and expectations
- Bring your own ideas to the table and run ad-hoc projects
What we look for
- A first successful experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist in an international environment, either inhouse or within a recruitment agency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g. SuccessFactors)
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
- You are an open-minded, purpose-driven person and an authentic team player
- You can effectively prioritize competing demands, deliver high quality results and optimally leverage our tools, technology and nearshore support teams
