Lead with Purpose - Build and Guide a Key Support Team Enabling Reliable Bioanalytical Excellence
Your Role
- Shape and lead a newly formed analytical support team of 5-8 employees
- Define and coordinate responsibilities, workflows, and interfaces between your support team and the two operational teams in the Biological HPLC unit
- Oversee raw data review, template creation in Chromeleon and compilation and review of quality documents (e.g. validation)
- Contribute to the preparation of customer proposals and quotes by providing technical input that ensures scientific soundness, operational feasibility, and economic viability
- Provide support in the handling of Quality Events (QEs) and Out-Of-Specification (OOS) investigations
- Collaborate with the Biological HPLC leadership team to ensure clear delegation and coverage during absences and vacation periods
Your Profile
- Strong background in analytical chemistry with extensive hands-on experience in HPLC and method validation under GMP
- In-depth knowledge of Chromeleon CDS, with excellent understanding of the interplay between processing methods and report templates, including their design and compliant application in routine and validation workflows
- Excellent organizational and communication skills. Able to coordinate across teams and departments effectively
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
- A structured and proactive mindset, with a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness
