Key Account Manager (m/f/d)

The Key Account Management Team is a crucial part of cross-functional teams aiming at maximizing field force effectiveness and ensuring best-in-class execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Position:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) is the primary point of contact for all assigned key accounts and is responsible for achieving defined commercial targets while ensuring optimal return on investment through the negotiation, implementation, and evaluation of annual or multi-year agreements.

As the Key Account Manager, you will…
- Create comprehensive customer plans to drive business growth, aligned with JTI's strategic priorities, including investment scenarios, assortment planning in collaboration with Marketing, and alignment with internal stakeholders across functions
- Effectively execute the agreed account strategies and initiatives by leading key account negotiations, managing the full contracting process, and ensuring timely alignment with internal stakeholders
- Oversee the full lifecycle of each assigned account, ensuring alignment with contractual agreements and delivery of commercial targets
- Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with KA and their decision-makers, ensuring consistent communication, high-quality business support, and early alignment on strategic or operational changes
- Work closely in cross-functional teams with Finance, Marketing, Legal and SI department to support category development and joint business planning
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant field
- Solid experience in sales/marketing/trade marketing department of an international FMCG company, including Category and Key Account Management
- Fluent in English and German, French is considered an asset
- Strong Selling and Negotiation skills, understanding of Retailer Finance
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Power BI, SAP
