To support its continued development in key markets, the institution is looking to strengthen its Zurich based private banking team with someone experienced, client-oriented and immediately available.

Account Manager Private Banking / Assistant Relationship Manager 100% (a)


Your Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside the Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of international private banking clients
  • Take ownership of the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients in close coordination with Compliance
  • Process and monitor a variety of client transactions, including payments and securities trades
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact for clients on all day-to-day operational and administrative topics
  • Assist in preparing for client meetings and take care of follow-up actions, including presentation materials and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Compliance, Legal, and Operations

Your Profile:

  • Completed banking apprenticeship or equivalent education; additional academic qualifications are an advantage
  • SQA certification is a plus
  • Confident in handling securities transactions using Avaloq
  • Detail-oriented and well-versed in regulatory and compliance requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable role within an international private banking environment
  • Fluent in both German and English; French is a welcome asset
  • Strong client service skills with a proactive and responsible mindset
  • Independent, structured, and accurate working style
