Corporate Risk Management Specialist (80-100%)

Location: Wangen b. Düb. &/or Geneva 
When: 01.11.2025 or upon availability 

Your tasks:
  • Provide solid administrative support for the Corporate Risk Management activities
  • Support the application and continuous improvement of the corporate risk management framework (based on ISO 31000)
  • Prepare risk reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders and maintain and review corporate and project risk portfolios, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Propose corrective actions where risk management practices deviate from standards
  • Assist in risk governance activities and deputize for the Corporate Risk Manager as needed
  • Act as a junior risk advisor in selected unit risk portfolios, programs and projects, supporting educating, advising, monitoring and challenging the 1st line risk managers and risk owners
  • Contribute to awareness initiatives and training efforts to promote and embed a solid risk culture across the organization
What we are looking for:
  • Degree in Risk Management, Engineering, or a related field
  • Initial experience in risk management, audit, compliance, or similar roles
  • Sound understanding of ISO 31000 risk principles (training or certification is an asset)
  • Problem solving: You seek accurate information to analyse problems, break down complex issues into manageable parts, and approach solutions in a systematic and structured way
  • Communication: You adapt your communication style to the context and stakeholders and actively ask for information through relevant questions and active listening
  • Teamwork: You give feedback promptly, honestly, and with the aim of achieving a constructive outcome or finding a solution
  • Proficient in English written and orally, good command in French and/or German is a plus
