Territory Manager

This role is based in the Aaru region, covering and Central & North Switzerland, and offers an exciting opportunity to represent our cutting-edge Surgical Endoscopy & Devices product range.

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring sales activities for Olympus’s Surgical Endoscopy & Devices portfolio. Your efforts will focus on promoting endoscopy towers for laparoscopy and handheld instruments, ensuring we meet or exceed our sales and contribution margin targets within your assigned territory.

Main duties

This sales area covers central plateau and middle Switzerland

Key Responsibilities

Demonstrate and sell surgical instruments and equipment from the Laparoscopy Imaging and Surgical Devices division

•  Develop and execute sales forecasts in collaboration with sales management.
•  Provide expert advice and support to customers and prospective clients
•  Regularly acquire new customers and maintain strong relationships.
• Assist in organizing and conducting customer events such as trade fairs, workshops, and seminars.

What experience are we looking for?

• Proven experience in sales
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in [SH1.1]German, Good knowledge of English
• Valid driving licence
• Clinical or Bioscience background
