Marketplace Content Specialist - Maternity Cover
About the Role :
We are looking for a dynamic Marketplace Content Specialist to drive growth, optimize performance, and deliver an outstanding experience across our cashback and marketplace platforms. This role combines strategic vision, hands-on execution, and strong data-driven decision-making, giving you the opportunity to shape the future of our marketplace and its international expansion.
Your Responsibilities:
Marketplace Growth: Create and execute engaging content, merchandising, and promotional strategies that increase visibility, engagement, and revenue.
Content & Campaigns: Define content goals, seasonal calendars, and promotional plans aligned with target audiences and business priorities.
Data & Insights: Track and analyze KPIs, user behavior, and campaign performance to uncover opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
Reporting: Build and manage clear reporting dashboards (Excel and internal tools) to highlight actionable insights for different stakeholders.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to deliver seamless customer experiences and impactful initiatives.
Strategic Projects: Lead and contribute to geo-expansion, product launches, and other key marketplace growth initiatives.
Business Cases: Develop financial and operational cases that support decisions on revenue growth, cost optimization, and fraud prevention.
Forecasting: Share forecasts and performance insights with leadership to influence strategy and guide decision-making.
User-Centric Focus: Continuously monitor customer journeys and feedback to improve usability, trust, and engagement across the marketplace.
Your Skills & Profile :
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex data into simple, actionable insights.
Proven experience in affiliate marketing / partner management with solid negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with cashback models, loyalty programs, or e-commerce marketplaces is a strong plus.
Confidence with analytics/reporting tools, CMS platforms, and digital marketing technologies.
Good understanding of digital marketing levers (SEO, CRM, media, campaign optimization).
Excellent communicator, fluent in English and French (other languages are a plus).
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Solid project management skills with a track record of cross-functional initiatives.
Creative problem-solver who enjoys combining data, strategy, and innovation to deliver measurable impact.
Curiosity about market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry developments.
