In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:
6-month temporary contract
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze market performance across sales, distributors, products, and channels, identifying growth opportunities and optimization levers
- Support the achievement of commercial objectives through forecasting, KPI tracking, and business performance analysis
- Execute global marketing campaigns and drive impactful local market activations
- Support commercial initiatives including incentives, sell-in campaigns, bundles, and sales enablement tools
- Serve as the key point of contact between HQ and international distributors for marketing, sales, and event-related activities
- Partner with distributors to implement marketing plans and accelerate business growth across markets
- Coordinate and deliver international medical events, including congresses, workshops, trainings, and expert meetings
- Manage Medical Education initiatives and contribute to KOL engagement strategies
- Support product launches and local activation plans across international markets
- Oversee event logistics and operational execution, including budgeting and coordination
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Finance teams on strategic projects
- Analyze campaign and event performance to continuously improve future activations and impact
Profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, events, or business development, ideally within aesthetics, medical devices, healthcare, or pharma industries
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); advanced Spanish required; French is a strong plus
- Solid experience in operational marketing and multi-market campaign activation
- Experience working with international distributor networks and healthcare professional (HCP) environments
- Strong background in organizing professional events and coordinating international projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
