Context & Mission :
Shape how the Maison's Gifting category is perceived, experienced, and talked about. Through social media strategy, content development in close collaboration with creative teams, the Global Brand Manager Gigting elevates the category's desirability and deepens emotional connection with Guests — while ensuring strategic coherence across product development and 360° activations.
You will be based in Plan-les-Ouates and report to the Head of Gifting Category - Global Marketing & 360° Communication.
Main Responsibilities :
360° Campaign Development
- Drive campaign messaging and champion a consistent, elevated brand voice across all touchpoints: social, retail VM, PR, media, ecom...
- Stay at the forefront of social media trends and cultural moments; translate performance data into actionable creative and strategic recommendations.
- Lead toolbox creation and ensure global content consistency across all channels—retail, digital, PR, media, and social.
- Coordinate campaign rollout with Global Operational Marketing and ensure strong local activation.
- Integrate market feedback and post-launch learnings to continuously enhance category performance.
Category Strategy & Development
- Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities and shifts in consumer expectations.
- Coordinate regular performance tracking and prepare strategic presentations and reports for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Global Operational Marketing & local markets to ensure clear communication of priorities and collect feedback to refine plans.
Product Offer Management
- Lead end-to-end product & accessories development processes, from brief to launch, ensuring timely execution and compliance with the Maison’s excellence standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional partners (R&D, Creative Studio, Operations, Supply) to secure product readiness.
- Draft Launch Notes, product copy, and storytelling elements aligned with brand guidelines.
Monitor sell-out and portfolio performance, providing operational recommendations.
How you can fit :
- 4-6 years of experience in Brand or Product Management within premium or luxury beauty.
- Solid experience in social media strategy and activation
- Strong understanding of global 360° activations and luxury communication ecosystem.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Fluent in English and French.
- Ability to collaborate with creative minds
- Attention to detail, analytical rigor, and curiosity for consumer behavior.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills and collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
