Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a strategic catalyst— with a key role in building the foundation for our teams to thrive through the smart integration of technology.

Your responsibilities by priorities
These are only the most important responsibilities of your position.

- Strategic Planning & Onboarding: Create and propose a comprehensive AI strategy within your first month
- Hands-on Implementation: Act as a strategic yet hands-on leader who sits directly with employees/ teams to identify use cases, support them in implementation, and help leads define future team set-ups by leveraging AI.
- Enabler and Integrator: Become an enabler to unlock AI by actively minimizing hurdles and simplifying access to AI technologies.
- Project Management & Cost Reduction: Lead specific, closely managed initiatives expected to yield significant cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Governance & Security: Ensure all short-term and long-term AI initiatives strictly adhere to data protection and cyber security rules.
- Platform Independence: Ensure the selection of the best AI solution for each specific use-case, maintaining the flexibility to utilize and integrate multiple platforms and avoid vendor lock-in.
- Enablement & Operationalizing AI: Support the implementation of educational frameworks that empower teams and individuals, embedding AI into the organization's DNA so it becomes a primary lens for problem-solving and operational thinking.
Your Competences:
- Deep AI Expertise & Pragmatism: You possess deep knowledge of AI models and tools, but the focus is on being an integrator, executor and change manager, rather than an engineer. You figure things out and make them happen.
- Mentorship & Coaching: The ability to educate, coach, and patiently show colleagues across all departments how to utilize AI for their specific operational challenges.
- Commercial Acumen: A strong ability to tie AI use cases directly to business cases that generate measurable, significant cost savings/ efficiency gains.
- Governance Awareness: A keen understanding of enterprise AI governance, particularly concerning data protection, cyber security, and platform dependency.
- Change Management: A strong ability to drive cultural shift, manage change, and be an essential enabler for AI adoption across the organization.

- Leadership Team Integration: You will sit within the leadership team and have a large scope of action, reporting directly to the CEO with a dotted line to the CTO

- Languages: Business fluent in German and English is a requirement.
