Reporting Analyst
Hands-on opportunity for an Asset Management reporting professional to support mandate reporting, data quality checks, operational tasks and ongoing project activities within a leading Swiss financial services environment.
- Support the Asset Management Mandate Reporting team with ongoing operational and project-related activities.
- Perform data quality checks, validations and follow-up activities during reporting production cycles.
- Investigate and resolve data issues in collaboration with internal service teams.
- Support mandate onboarding activities, RFP-related processes and ad-hoc business requests.
- Assist with mailbox management and the coordination of clarifications with Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers.
- Support the preparation, validation and delivery of client and mandate reports.
- Manage, monitor and follow up on Jira tickets to ensure timely progress and resolution.
- Support operational changes, including client-specific category strategy updates and related implementation tasks.
- Execute functional testing and validate system enhancements from a business perspective.
- Support the creation and maintenance of business requirements, specifications, process documentation and test results.
- Contract: 6 months, possibility of extension
- Starting date: ASAP, latest 01.09.2026
- Capacity: 80–100% (8.4 hours/day)
- Work Location: Onboarding and training will take place on-site at the client's headquarters. Following the onboarding period, 1 day a week onsite
Our client is a leading Swiss financial services institution with a strong presence in investment management and private banking. The organization combines a long-standing client-focused approach with a modern, data-driven operating model. For one of its Asset Management reporting teams, we are looking for temporary support to assist with daily operational activities, data quality checks, reporting production cycles and ongoing project work. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working accurately with financial data, coordinating with internal stakeholders and supporting high-quality reporting deliverables in a professional banking environment.
- Bachelor’s or Masters degree, commercial banking apprenticeship or equivalent education in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, data management, Business Information Systems or a related field.
- 3 to 8 years of experience in Asset Management, Wealth Management, Private Banking or a similar financial services environment.
- Experience in client reporting, investment reporting, mandate reporting, portfolio reporting or reporting operations is highly advantageous.
- Strong data management skills, including data validation, quality checks, data analysis and issue investigation.
- Good understanding of operational reporting processes and the importance of accurate, timely and consistent data.
- Familiarity with reporting tools, databases, SQL, and CRIMS.
- Experience with Jira, ticket management, functional testing or UAT is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication skills and confidence in coordinating with internal stakeholders such as Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers, service teams and IT/data teams.
- English fluent, and German big advantage.
