Business Operations Manager
A&B Commercial SA was founded in Athens, in 1993, its object being the representation of food companies and consumer goods from the international market.
In 2015 the company launched the A&B Commercial Sàrl in Geneva, Switzerland, managed by Vaya Nikolouli, aligned with its strategic planning to geographically diversify its business activity providing goods characterized by superior value for money at the benefit of the Swiss consumers.
Over the years, the company has arguably succeeded in offering custom integrated solutions and high-level services able to exceed the requirements of every retailer. Nowadays, we pride ourselves on being a leading importer-distributor in food and consumer goods market with 30 years of experience.
Since its foundation, our company’s objectives have been: the development of private label products, the import of products for exclusive disposal and the promotion of branded products, offered all in variety, high quality and particularly competitive prices.
We are searching a personne with experience in commerce, import-export, distribution of goods in retail market for our office in Nyon district.
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end supply chain.
- Accounting and handling of financial documents.
- Prepare Clients' pricelists
- Manage daily communications both internally and externally and follow up on pending matters
- Handling customer inquiries via telephone and email.
- Processing and managing incoming customers’ orders.
- Placing suppliers’ orders and overseeing logistics.
Requirements:
- Native level in French
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic verbal and written communication skills in German will be considered an asset.
Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain or relevant field.
- 3 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in using various software applications and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal skills; you communicate in a friendly manner and consistently treat others with respect. Ability to solve problems effectively.
- Strong organizational skills, time management and multitasking
