Your responsibility

• Handle administrative tasks with business partners, reinsurance contracts and renewal submission data
• Support underwriters in maintaining and developing existing and new business relationships
• Prepare figures as a basis for decision-making for reinsurance contract assessments
• Create and maintain portfolio management reports
• Manage internal and external (client/broker) correspondence
• Interaction across other reinsurance underwriting, actuarial and accounting departments

Your qualification

• Higher education mixed with relevant experience in insurance / reinsurance field
• Strong commitment and willingness to learn as well as exceptional interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Proactive, independent, and structured way of working
• Efficient use of Office programs, especially Excel
• Ability to work well under pressure especially at renewal season
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in German and English are required, additional languages are a plus
