Scientific Intern and Lab Support (100% - for 12 months)
We are offering an exciting, hands-on internship for a motivated student eager to gain practical experience in a dynamic R&D environment. As a Scientific Intern and Lab Support at CDR-Life, you will contribute to both research activities and laboratory operations by performing a variety of technical and administrative tasks that ensure smooth and efficient lab workflows. This is a great opportunity to gain insight into different stages of immunotherapy research and development while working in a collaborative setting. The role is ideal for someone with a service-oriented mindset, a proactive attitude, and the flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs. The proposed starting date of the internship is April 2026 or upon agreement.

- Support research and development activities within these groups through short- to mid-term rotations (several weeks to months per group)
- Progressively develop skills and independence across various process steps, ultimately contributing to a semi-independent project under the guidance of experienced scientists
Lab Support

- Bachelor’s degree (or currently pursuing one) in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline
- Initial hands-on experience in a laboratory setting, whether through coursework, internships, or academic projects
- Familiarity with standard laboratory techniques, including pipetting, aseptic techniques, and proper scientific documentation
- Strong interest in a diverse, cross-functional internship experience, with exposure to multiple scientific teams rather than a narrow specialization
- Demonstrated eagerness to learn, with the ability to quickly grasp new concepts and workflows
- Reliable, proactive, and positive work ethic; even when performing routine or repetitive tasks such as autoclaving or glassware cleaning
