Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Engineer

We are looking for a proactive Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Engineer with a strong background in IT administration and a focus on securing operational technology (OT) and R&D environments. In this role, you'll help strengthen our Information Security Management System (ISMS) and protect intellectual property, production networks, and R&D systems.

What you will do:
-    Support and enhance ISMS compliance (ISO 27001, 27017, 27018)
-    Drive security initiatives across IT, OT, and cloud platforms
-    Collaborate with R&D and manufacturing teams to embed security early in development
-    Lead OT network segmentation, monitoring, and risk assessment
-    Respond to incidents and manage vulnerabilities across hybrid environments
-    Automate risk reporting and enhance visibility into OT and IT security

What you bring:
-    5+ years in IT systems administration with exposure to OT or industrial environments
-    Solid knowledge of ISO 27001 and cybersecurity best practices
-    Hands-on experience with EDR, SIEM, MDM, and Microsoft security tools
-    Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
-    Strong communication skills and a risk-aware mindset

Nice to have:
-    Certifications (MS-500, Security+, ISA/IEC 62443, ISO Lead Implementer)
-    Experience with Azure, AWS, or Microsoft 365 security
-    Awareness of IP protection in R&D and manufacturing contexts
