About the customer:

We are looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Manager to join a global pharmaceutical company in Baar. In this role, you will lead supply planning activities for commercial products, drive lifecycle management initiatives, support product launches, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure reliable product supply.

Requirements:
  • Develop and execute supply plans for commercial products to ensure product availability and inventory targets.
  • Coordinate product launches and lifecycle management activities while balancing demand and supply across manufacturing, logistics, quality, and commercial teams.
  • Identify supply risks, recommend corrective actions, and support long-range planning and network capacity management.
  • Represent Supply Chain within cross-functional teams and drive alignment across Commercial, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain processes and operational efficiency. 
Competences:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of supply chain planning experience, ideally within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Experience with ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
  • Proven experience working in cross-functional environments and managing complex projects.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with product lifecycle management is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience working with regulatory processes within supply chain environments is beneficial.
