Customer Service Coordinator
Ihre Aufgaben:
The job:
- Order processing from receipt to delivery
- Preparation of Tender document submissions
- Administrating Letters of Credit and other trade financing instruments
- Co-ordination of export and transport operation
- Preparation of shipping documents
- Involvement in projects
Qualifikationen:
The ideal candidate:
- In this high-profile position you are the interface between the company and it's customers, worldwide.
- You will be working as part of a young and energetic team.
- A diploma or degree in export would be an advantage.
- You are motivated, flexible, can work independently,
- environment, can multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- You are fluent in both English and German.
- French would be of benefit.
