Senior UX/UI Designer - Digital Wealth and Credit Platform
Job description:
  • Role: Senior UX/UI Designer – Digital Wealth & Credit Platform
  • Location: Zurich
  • Duration: 6 months with possible extension up to 12 months
  • Workload: 40–50%
  • Home Office: Up to 40%
  • Start Date: August 2026 
Requirements:
  • Take ownership of UI/UX activities across the project lifecycle
  • Create screen flows, user journeys, scenarios, and personas
  • Develop clickable mock-ups and prototypes in Figma
  • Ensure all frontends follow corporate CI/CD and design guidelines
  • Translate business requirements into intuitive digital experiences
  • Support process design and continuously improve existing user journeys
  • Participate in workshops with business stakeholders, feature owners, and developers
  • Conduct usability testing, analyse results, and optimize user experience
  • Create and manage JIRA tickets and support agile delivery processes
  • Act as a key contact person for the digital business team regarding UI/UX progress 
Competences:
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience within UI/UX design
  • Strong expertise in UX/UI methodologies and user-centered design
  • Advanced Figma skills with experience creating clickable mock-ups
  • Strong business analysis skills and ability to translate requirements into user-friendly solutions
  • Experience working according to corporate style guides and frontend standards
  • Good understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies
  • Experience writing user stories and collaborating within agile teams
  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • Experience within insurance, financial services, pension products, or mortgage solutions is considered a strong advantage
  • Proactive and collaborative personality with strong communication skills and the ability to work in dynamic environments
