For our client, a well-established Swiss engineering company specializing in advanced manufacturing solutions for the life sciences sector, we are seeking a qualified professional. This innovative organization has been developing cutting-edge containment and process technologies for decades and maintains strong partnerships with leading pharmaceutical companies and research institutions across global markets

Your Responsibilities

• Technical leadership for customer-specific isolator projects from initial assessment through commissioning 
• Engineering coordination and process responsibility for complex pharmaceutical manufacturing systems 
• Component specification and calculation of main system components including comprehensive documentation 
• Process development and definition of required plant processes for regulated environments 
• Documentation creation including project-specific specifications and design documents such as P&ID diagrams 
• Client relationship management through active participation in regular meetings with customers and partner companies 
• Technical meeting preparation and leadership of customer and partner meetings both on-site and internationally 
• Project monitoring including budget oversight, timeline management, and quality assurance of engineering scope

Your Profile

• Engineering degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or completed technical education (HVAC specialist) 
• Process engineering expertise, ideally in isolator technology for the pharmaceutical industry 
• Project management experience including time planning and resource management 
• Regulatory knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and machinery directives 
• Language skills: Fluent in English and German for international collaboration 
• Communication excellence with ability to express technical concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders 
• Team collaboration skills with proactive information sharing and reliable task completion 
• Travel readiness for worldwide assignments (approximately 10%)
