Project Manager

Responsibilities

  • Global responsibility for several parallel customer specific isolator projects including the associated air treatment plants from final project pre-clearance to project completion
  • Leading, coordinating, motivating and managing a multidisciplinary project team
  • Ensure expressive communication and overall project coordination between all project stakeholders internally and externally
  • Efficiently and effectively coordinate day-to-day challenges, including difficult and time-sensitive situations
  • Prepare and monitor cost and schedule forecasts throughout project phases and initiate and communicate actions as appropriate
  • Prepare and lead customer and partner meetings both internally and externally (worldwide)
  • Regularly evaluate project status and report to management
  • Monitoring the implementation of customer and regulatory requirements (GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice as well as MRL - Machinery Directive)

Hardskills

  • Several years of experience in project management (min. 3 - 5 years)
  • Experience in leading project teams in an international environment 
  • Confident handling of MS-Office
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is an advantage
  • Uni- / FH- / HF-Degree
  • Business fluent in English. German is an advantage
