Job description:

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the implementation of a Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution in a global, cross-functional environment. This role combines procurement expertise with project execution and system implementation, playing a key part in enabling efficient and compliant contract management processes.

About the customer:

Location: Basel

Duration: 01/06/2026 - 30/11/2026 with a possible extension

Languages: English (fluent), German and Spanish are a plus 

Requirements:
  • Support the end-to-end implementation of a CLM solution from requirements gathering to go-live and stabilization
  • Act as a key link between Procurement, Legal, IT, and external vendors or system integrators
  • Assist with project planning, timelines, risk tracking, and issue resolution
  • Coordinate UAT testing, manage defects, and support system improvements
  • Document current and future procurement and contract workflows
  • Support configuration of CLM modules including request, authoring, approvals, negotiation, execution, and repository
  • Ensure alignment with procurement policies, compliance standards, and approval frameworks
  • Contribute to contract templates, clause libraries, and metadata structures
  • Support end users during rollout and hypercare phase
  • Gather feedback and drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Create SOPs, training materials, and user documentation 
Wishes:
Competences:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems or Business Administration
  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement (Source to Contract)
  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as pharma, biotech, manufacturing, or financial services
  • Familiarity with CLM or Source-to-Contract tools such as Jaggaer, Coupa, or Ariba
  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, Agile) is a plus
  • Experience with change management or training rollouts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, or reporting skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional and global teams
