Job Description

The Client Solutions and Product Management team acts as a key linkage between the private markets investment management teams and relationship managers in driving LGT CP's fundraises and customized client solutions. The role's responsibilities include defining go-to-market strategies, supporting fundraising with high-quality materials and in-depth analyses, and collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders.

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our team at our office in Pfäffikon SZ, near Zurich in Switzerland, predominantly focusing on private markets semi-liquid (evergreen) funds. As a Product Specialist, you will act as the product expert and contribute to the successful fundraising, positioning, and lifecycle management of our private markets evergreen strategies. You will create compelling product materials, deliver insightful analyses, and support product development and client interactions, while ensuring consistent communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Your primary responsibilities as a Program Manager in the Private Markets Product Management team include:

  • Act as specialist for private markets strategies, with a focus on evergreen products;

  • Support ongoing fundraising initiatives by creating engaging content and developing high-quality product presentations, factsheets, due diligence questionnaires and other marketing materials;

  • Respond to ad-hoc requests from clients, prospect clients and relationship managers;

  • Prepare detailed analyses of the fund, examining the portfolio, underlying investments, performance drivers and investor base;

  • Conduct ongoing market monitoring of private markets evergreen funds, including market research, competitive landscape reviews and quantitative analysis;

  • Convert portfolio data into clear, client-friendly summaries and presentations; evaluate portfolio- and investment-level data and translate it into insightful client-focused analyses;

  • Contribute to the development of product strategies and drive product enhancements and improvements over the product lifecycle;

  • Work closely with investment management, investment controlling, structuring, communications and compliance teams to ensure data accuracy and consistent communication across all deliverables.

Requirements

  • Master degree in business, economics, finance, or similar subject;

  • 3 - 4 years of experience in private markets, consulting, strategy, investment banking, or product management roles;

  • Strong experience in preparing compelling presentations and other materials for clients;

  • High attention to detail and accuracy; detailed experience with MS Office applications, particularly Powerpoint and Excel;

  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;

  • Excellent English writing and communication skills, including personal or professional experience in an English-speaking environment; familiarity with another language is preferred;

  • Self-starter personality, highly motivated with an international mindset;
