Join our dynamic legal team in Burgdorf. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, with a particular focus on compliance, marketing, contract manufacturing and broader commercial legal matters.

Location: Burgdorf | Hybrid

• Advise on healthcare compliance matters, including interactions with healthcare professionals (HCPs), transparency requirements, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, and industry codes (e.g., MedTech Europe Code)
• Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of internal compliance policies and procedures
• Review and advise on marketing and promotional materials to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations (including medical device and advertising laws)
• Deliver compliance training to business stakeholders
• Monitor relevant legal and regulatory developments in the EU, UK, and Switzerland
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g., distribution, supply, services, consultancy, NDAs CMO; service)
• Contribute to continuous improvement of legal processes and tools
• Maintain and develop our contract templates to ensure up-to-date and efficient legal operations
• Enjoy a varied legal environment, touching on multiple areas of law in a forward-thinking company 

• Fully qualified lawyer with admission to the bar in an EU country or any common law country
• 3–5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in-house or in a law firm advising medical device or life sciences companies
• Solid experience in healthcare compliance
• Experience reviewing marketing and promotional materials in a regulated environment
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Business-oriented and pragmatic approach to legal advice
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• High ethical standards and stron sense of integrity
• Fluent in English
