Team Lead (m/w/d) Cables

You will lead a global team of experienced Product Managers and work closely with R&D, engineering, sales, and operations to translate market insights and technological trends into successful products and sustainable business growth.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead, inspire, and develop a global team of experienced Product Managers, fostering collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement
  • Define and execute the global product strategy for RF cable connectivity, ensuring sustainable growth and strong market positioning
  • Translate technical capabilities into compelling product propositions and solutions for key industries
  • Partner closely with R&D, engineering, market management, and sales to bring new products from concept to successful market launch
  • Develop robust business cases and investment proposals, including financial forecasts and strategic analyses
  • Act as Product Owner for key innovation initiatives, steering product development through portfolio governance and stage-gate processes
  • Define pricing strategies and licensing approaches to maximize value creation and profitability
  • Lead global product launches and go-to-market initiatives, enabling commercial teams through effective communication and training
  • Strengthen the organization's product lifecycle management processes and product management dashboards

Your profile:

  • Education background in technical field
  • 8+ years of leadership experience in Product Management within industrial or technology-driven environments
  • Deep expertise in RF / high-frequency components, ideally in connectors or cable technologies
  • Strong understanding of applications, markets, and emerging technology trends in high-frequency connectivity
  • Experience collaborating with engineering teams on product design, simulation, testing, and industrialization
  • Solid knowledge of manufacturing processes and production technologies
  • Familiarity with international regulatory and compliance requirements, including export control and qualification processes
  • Strong commercial acumen, including pricing strategies, distribution channels, and market positioning
  • Experience managing product lifecycle strategies with a focus on innovation, quality, and sustainability
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence diverse and multicultural teams
  • Fluent English and German conversational level
