Trainee Manufacturing & Digitalization (80-100%) (m/f/d)

Do you want to be at the forefront of advanced manufacturing and digital innovation? Join Accelleron’s 18-month Trainee Program and gain experience across Quality & Continuous Improvement, Value Chain Digitalization, and IT. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead impactful projects, and help shape the future of our industry. You’ll complete three six-month rotations, each offering unique insights and hands-on experience in our headquarter in Baden, Switzerland: 

1. The first assignment will be based in the Quality and Continuous Improvement department within our High Speed Division. Dive into the heart of our turbocharger factory and gain a deep understanding of why specific improvement or investment projects are initiated. 

2. The second assignment will take place in our Manufacturing Technologies and Investments. Take on the role of a Project Manager, driving selected initiatives and collaborating with stakeholders from across the business. 

3. The third assignment will be with our IT team in Baden. During this period, you will learn how digitalization and manufacturing projects are implemented in our IT systems. Experience firsthand how business and IT work together to deliver innovative solutions. 

Your responsibilities:

  • Support manufacturing, quality and digitalization activities depending on the rotation 
  • Contribute to process improvements and identify optimization opportunities 
  • Act as a Project Manager for digitalization initiatives and coordinate stakeholders 
  • Support the implementation of projects in our IT system landscape 

Your background:

  • University degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Information Systems or similar 
  • Strong interest in manufacturing, digitalization and data-driven processes 
  • Fluent in English and German 
  • Good analytical and communication skills 
  • Self-driven personality with a precise and well-structured working style 
  • Willingness to learn and grow in an international environment 
  • First experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
