Technical Operations Planner (f/m/d)
As a Technical Operations Planner (f/m/d) at our Zurich site, you will combine analytical excellence with hands-on technical planning responsibility to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and compliance of our data center operations.
On the analytical side, you will manage and optimize document control systems, ensuring version accuracy, governance compliance, and audit readiness. By monitoring operational data, maintenance KPIs, and performance dashboards, you will identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities. Your insights will support informed decision-making across Technical Operations, Site Management, and cross-functional stakeholders. You will contribute to process standardization, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects aligned with quality, environmental, and health & safety standards.
On the operational planning side, you will oversee and coordinate all preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the site. This includes end-to-end handling of maintenance requests in line with agreed OLA and SLA standards — from scheduling and contractor coordination to performance tracking and reporting. You will manage the maintenance calendar, support supplier and contract management, monitor contractor performance, and ensure that all works are executed safely and in accordance with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
Working closely with the Manager Technical Operations Planning, you will contribute to long-term asset management strategies, structured problem management (including root cause analysis), and the continuous strengthening of operational reliability and infrastructure performance.
