Office Manager / Administrative Coordinator
The Moovimenta Group is a Swiss based, family-owned organization with Revenues exceeding 850M CHF and 5000 employees. The Group currently comprises four Divisions: Habasit, Rossi, NGI and TRAPO.
In addition to our four Divisions, the Group functions also host our Corporate Accelerator, based in Zurich, Switzerland.
You will ensure that our office runs smoothly.
As the organizational hub and central point of contact, you will coordinate administration, purchasing, logistics, IT, and finance support, and take care of our team's day-to-day business. You will connect our local team with the central services of the headquarters and be the "glue" that brings processes, people, and procedures together.

Office & Administration
- First point of contact for office matters
- Visitor and meeting coordination
- Office logistics and supplies
- Support for communication
- Events, onboarding/offboarding
- General administration
Purchasing & ERP
- Creation and tracking of purchase orders in SAP
- Supplier master data maintenance
- Coordination with suppliers and stakeholders
Finance Support
- Invoice processing
- Cost center allocation
- Tracking open items
- Supporting budgeting and controlling
IT & Logistics
- Coordination of IT requests
- Hardware/license management
- Organization and tracking of national and international shipments
Your Profile
- Several years of experience as an office manager, administrative assistant, or in operations support
- Highly structured, reliable, and independent way of working
- High service orientation, hands-on mentality, and sense of responsibility
- Organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Experience with ERP systems (ideally SAP) and MS 365
- Enjoyment of an international, dynamic environment
- German: fluent | English: very good business knowledge
