As the Executive Personal Assistant to the Sr. VP Segment Industries, you will play a pivotal role in managing operational, administrative and organizational sales processes in a highly international business environment. The role suits both experienced professionals and motivated early career talents who want to grow into a strategic executive support function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the executive office of the Sr. VP Segment Industries, including calendar, priorities and day-to-day coordination
- Provide reliable administrative and organisational support in an international sales environment
- Prepare executive presentations, briefings and decision documents (advanced PowerPoint)
- Coordinate international travel, meetings and selected global events
- Support communication and coordination across Sales organisations and internal stakeholders
- Maintain customer and project-related information in SAP CRM
- Track delegated tasks and ensure timely follow-up
- Use digital and AI-based tools to support research, documentation and workflow efficiency
Professional Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in an assistant, coordination or project support role
- Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with a clear sense for structure and executive-level communication
- Practical experience using AI-based productivity tools in a professional context
- Very good English skills; German is not required, but willingness to learn is expected
- Additional languages such as Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, Arabic or French are an advantage
