We are the Audi Revolut F1® Team.

Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship starting in 2026.

The team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. 
The Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. 
The Audi Motorsport Technology Centre, UK, is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.

This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).

Travel Coordinator

Your mission
  • Coordination of all travel-related logistics (flights, hotels, rental cars, transport, etc.) for trips to tests and races—spanning from initial planning and detailed preparation to execution and comprehensive follow-up
  • Organization and coordination of service providers and stakeholders involved in the project
  • Detailed attendee and accreditation management, ensuring all participants are correctly registered and documented
  • Monitoring of travel expenses, including cost control and the auditing of invoices for accuracy
  • On-call availability during selected weekends and willingness to travel to specific events or races to provide on-site support
  • Processing of visa applications and all associated documentation for international travel
  • Tracking and documentation of all travel bookings, ensuring strict compliance with company policies while supporting process optimizations for efficient travel management
  • Close collaboration within the team and providing cross-departmental support where needed
Your profile
  • Successfully completed degree in business administration, tourism, or an equivalent qualification
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in the tourism industry, travel management, or motorsport
  • Broad fundamental understanding of business processes and workflows
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, as well as excellent knowledge of project management
  • Independent, structured, precise, and proactive way of working
  • Initial experience with event or attendee management software is an advantage
  • Excellent proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong service and solution orientation
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • High degree of flexibility, resilience, and reliability
  • Ability to maintain an overview and act confidently, even in hectic situations
  • Business-fluent German or English skills; willingness to acquire basic knowledge of the respective other language
