Job description:
- Lead and manage Recruitment Service Management, ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement
- Oversee vendor management related to Talent Acquisition and Talent & Organizational Development
- Act as HR Business Partner for defined business areas, supporting leaders on the full people agenda
- Translate business needs into effective HR solutions and systems
- Support HR strategic initiatives through project management and portfolio coordination
- Collaborate closely with senior business leaders and HR leadership teams

Requirements:
Experience & Background
- 10+ years of overall HR experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- At least 3 years of experience in Service Management and/or Vendor Management
- Experience in a fast-growing, multinational organization
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Preferred fields of study: Human Resources, Economics, Psychology
- Project Management certification required

- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategies to business objectives
- Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and consulting skills
- Proven project management capability, able to manage multiple parallel initiatives
- Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel, reporting, and presentation abilities
- High level of communication skills and discretion in handling confidential information
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and changing environment
- Global mindset, customer-focused approach, and a proactive, hands-on attitude
Languages
- English: Business fluent
