Dynatrace Engineer
Job description:
- Take ownership of the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of Dynatrace monitoring solutions within complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments
- Create and maintain dashboards, alerts, Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and synthetic monitoring to ensure full end-to-end observability
- Perform in-depth performance analyses and structured root cause investigations to enhance application stability, reliability, and user experience
- Work closely with DevOps, SRE, Infrastructure, and Application teams to define and roll out observability and monitoring best practices
- Contribute to the ongoing development of monitoring strategies and observability architectures across enterprise platforms
About the customer:
In this role, you will lead the design, implementation, and continuous optimization of Dynatrace monitoring solutions across complex hybrid and multi-cloud environments. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards, alerts, Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and synthetic monitoring to ensure full end-to-end observability. A key part of the assignment involves performing in-depth performance analyses and root cause investigations to improve application stability, reliability, and overall user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, SRE, infrastructure, and application teams, to establish and apply best practices for observability and monitoring architecture.

- Hybrid: 1-2 Days/Week Home Office

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a comparable discipline
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace in enterprise-scale environments
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices architectures, container platforms (Kubernetes), and cloud technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure
- Proven expertise in application performance analysis across technologies such as Java, .NET, and Node.js
- Solid experience interpreting observability data, including traces, logs, and metrics
