Conversion Manager
We are recruiting for our client Philip Morris a senior Conversion Manager to support its client in the context of a temporary replacement. This role plays a key part in driving the global IQOS onboarding and conversion program, with a specific focus on improving conversion within 90 days and developing new consumer onboarding approaches, including the creation of a new conversion channel.
Design the core elements of the conversion program based on consumer insights and data.
Collect and benchmark best-in-class executions from various industries and co-create solutions with markets.
Contribute to the evolution of the global onboarding strategy.
Develop the global conversion toolbox and market guidelines, including omnichannel assets, KPIs and deployment frameworks.
Define requirements in collaboration with IT, CRM, Digital and Legal stakeholders.
Act as the global subject-matter expert for conversion for markets, regions and internal stakeholders.
Brief and collaborate with IT, Legal, Creative Studio, senior management and VP-level stakeholders.
Build, coach and develop a global community to facilitate best-practice sharing.
Monitor program performance, identify opportunities for improvement and propose concrete adjustments.
Manage tight timelines while navigating ambiguity and driving complex projects forward.
Lead the deployment of the conversion program across markets.
Support the design and implementation of a new conversion channel, including access architecture and experience design.
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or equivalent (e.g., EHL).
5 to 10+ years of experience in:
Product or service management / lifecycle management.
Global cross-functional program implementation.
CRM and digital product management.
Experience working in international matrix organizations.
PMI certification is a plus.
Strong customer focus and service-oriented mindset.
Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail and strategic thinking.
Solid CRM and digital expertise, including digital product management.
Proven ability to lead and manage central and virtual teams.
Strong communication skills, including storytelling and senior-level presentations.
Ability to work collaboratively, negotiate deadlines and build consensus.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
Ability to translate business needs into IT requirements.
Autonomous and proactive.

Fluency in English required.
