Capability project Manager Junior

Manpower is recruiting for its client Philip Morris International in Lausnne a Capability project Manager Junior for a 6 months mission (extendable).
Key Responsibilities:

• Support planning and execution of internal trainings and events (face-to-face & hybrid)
• Coordinate with local and global agencies from briefing to execution
• Manage operational tasks: hotel bookings, experience logistics, PO placement and all the financial follow-up
• Assist in program evaluation and reporting
• Create and manage presentations (PowerPoint) and tracking tools (Excel)

Profile:

• Passionate about brands and brand experience
• Experience in organizing events and managing logistics
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and timelines
• Proactive, hands-on, and detail-oriented
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus
