Manager IT Project Management Office (ID 1852)
As a Manager IT Project Management Office (PMO) the position holder is responsible for the management of the IT project portfolio, the coordination of all resources and the coordination of all processes related to finance and procurement in the IT. This role reports directly to the Head of IT.
- Line manager and superior for the team members
- Owner of the IT project portfolio with planning and roadmaps, with periodic presentations in Executive Committee meetings and IT SteCo meetings
- Introduce a state-of-the-art project management tool for IT and drive correct usage with related KPIs
- Thought leadership and skills and method trainings for IT project managers and BIOs Business Information Owners
- Master's degree or similar in computer science, information technology, IT architecture or similar
- Certifications or additional education in relevant project management standards and related frameworks, both in agile and waterfall methods
- Certifications or additional education in business administration or financial management related to projects or to change management
- Minimum 10 years in project management in IT related environments
- Experience in establishing a PMO and with that managing a portfolio of projects
- Demonstrated expertise in establishing, starting, executing and completing projects in IT
- Ability to drive innovative solutions and to effectively introduce project results in existing organizations
